BORDERLESS Japan Corporation Limited

The root of the BLJ Career Academy is connected with Borderless Japan Corporation Limited which is social enterprise based in Tokyo, Japan. With a vision to solve social problems through business, the journey of the Borderless Japan Corporation Limited was started in 2007. It is now one of the fastest growing social enterprises in Japan with 32 projects working in 12 countries. Mr. Kazunari Taguchi, a visionary young Japanese entrepreneur felt the pain of social problems in the developing countries and launched the company as the President along with Mr. Masayoshi Suzuki as the Vice President.

BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited

In 2013, the operation of BLJ Bangladesh Corporation opened as leather goods manufacturing and exporting company in Bangladesh. As a joint venture company with the Borderless Japan Corporation limited, it aimed to solve unemployment problem of Bangladesh especially for those who are generally refused/unable to get a job because of their physical weakness, handicap, aged, 3rd gender etc. In 2013 we started our journey with only 3 people and a small factory of 3000 square feet area. Now, we have been able to create job opportunity for 800 people with annual productions capacity of one million pcs. We aim to include all the disable people who want to change their future by hardworking. We would like to see the world free of poverty, inequality and injustice. We have started two more projects with the same vision. One of them is the BLJ Apparels Limited, a RMG Company and Bangladesh Leather Inspection Company as Quality Control Company.
With all those experience of working for solving social problems following a business model, BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited has started a new wing to prepare quality human resources available for the local companies and solve the unemployment problems.
