Since the beginning of my professional career back in 2007, I had a desire to do something meaningful which will not be just a job of 9am-5pm and earning money only.

Particularly, that will have an impact for the changes towards development of the poor people of my country.

However, due to a number of restrictions, I was unable to land on my dream job.

I personally and strongly believe that the job someone is doing must have a passion for it, so that at the end of the day S/he may feel satisfied. For me, personally, a job that demands the highest level of professional commitment, out of box thinking approach, empathetic and proactive attitudes to contribute assertively for mounting the growth of the targeted business venture, is the perfect match for me. From that point of view, I am feeling honoured to be a part of the BLJ FAMILY.

After completion of my Bachelor and Master degree from the University of Dhaka back in 2005 and 2006 respectively, I started my career as a teacher in Dhaka based English medium school. At the same time I used take classes at the Institute of Education Research (IER), University of Dhaka and Prime University Dhaka as a part time Teacher. In September 2010, I joined BRAC Institute of Languages (BIL) of BRAC University as a full time faculty member. I worked there for six years and learned many things including professionalism, work ethics, values, social commitment etc and a dream of developing my own venture started to creep in my heart. Byt his time, I had also completed my 2nd Master Degree in Teaching English to the Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from BRAC University. But this time, I had realized that I needed to have some experience of managing administration and switched my job to the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), a national autonomous body, as the Deputy Secretary. After two years, I again came back to academia, however, not in teaching position rather as the career counsellor. My main task was to arrange jobs for the young graduates of the State University Bangladesh. Finally, when I felt I am confident enough to pursue my goal and I have joined BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Limited to start a training academy for supporting our graduates to manage a job as their profession.
